What we collect, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you complete the form we collect the name, mobile number and email address you type in.

We also collect the answers you give us about your business: whether you own a home service or exterior cleaning company, your main service, roughly what the business turns over each month, how long you have been running it, and, if you choose to write one, your answer about the biggest thing holding the business back. That last answer is optional and you can leave it empty.

If you arrived from an advertisement we record which advertisement it was. That means the campaign, the ad set and the ad name, the click identifier that the advertising platform adds to the web address, the page you landed on, and the site you came from if there was one.

We also record technical information that your browser sends automatically: your IP address and your browser user agent string. We use two small advertising cookies that Meta sets in your browser, if they are present.

We do not ask for and do not want payment details, government identifiers, or any health or financial account information. Please do not type any of that into the free text box.

Why we collect it

Two reasons, and only two.

First, so we can contact you about the enquiry you just made. Tyler, our founder, reads these and gets back to people.

Second, so we can measure which advertisements actually produce enquiries, so we stop paying for the ones that do not.

Who we share it with

Your details go into GoHighLevel, the customer relationship system we use to manage enquiries and to send you the text and email confirming that we have your details. They hold the information on our behalf.

We also send a record of your enquiry to Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram, so that Meta can tell us which advertisement produced it. This matters, so we want to be precise about it: your email address and phone number are cryptographically hashed before they leave our server, using the method Meta requires. A hash is a one way scramble. We never send Meta your name, and we never send your raw email address or your raw phone number. Meta also receives your IP address, your browser user agent, the two advertising cookies mentioned above, and two of your answers, which are your revenue band and your main service.

We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it with any other advertiser or data broker.

Agreeing to be contacted, and how to stop it

Submitting the form means you are agreeing that we can contact you by phone, by text message and by email about your enquiry.

You can stop any of it at any time, and you do not need to give a reason.

To stop texts, reply STOP to any text we send. That switches texts off immediately and permanently.

To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send, or simply reply and ask.

To stop calls, tell us on the phone or email us at launchifye@gmail.com and we will mark the record so nobody calls again.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted.

The advertising audiences we build from site visits expire automatically after 180 days.

Getting your data deleted

Email launchifye@gmail.com and ask us to delete your record. Please send it from the email address you used on the form, or tell us the mobile number you used, so we can find the right record.

We will delete it and confirm to you when it is done, within 30 days.

Deleting your record removes it from our customer system. Meta holds its own copy of the hashed record under its own terms, and you can control that through your Meta account settings.

Cookies

The site uses the Meta advertising cookies described above, and browser session storage to remember your answers as you move through the form, so that going back a step does not wipe what you already typed. That session storage is cleared when you close the tab and never leaves your device.
